Who we are

AGS – Administração e Gestão de Sistemas de Salubridade, SA is a company focused on preserving the environment, operating along the entire water cycle. It works in areas from consultancy and the development of specialised engineering services to the management, operation and maintenance of urban water systems and treatment facilities.

It is a private company that was founded in 1988, with share capital of EUR 21,000,000.00, currently held by Marubeni. It operates mainly in Portugal and Brazil.

AGS is one of the main players in the water sector, both nationally and internationally, as a result of its recognised expertise and experience in the management and operation of water supply and wastewater infrastructures, as well as for being part of a strong multinational group that operates in areas as diverse as the environment, energy, transport, infrastructure, textiles, navigation, food and much more, all over the world.

AGS bases the management of the Concessions and PPPs it is associated with on fundamental pillars, such as efficiency, effectiveness and quality, which are an integral part of all its projects, with a clear sense of leveraging the performance of its different associated companies, always focusing on carrying out its mission and contractual duties, as well as on the quality of the service provided.
